Holding a Scientific Conference on Faqe Qadir Hamawand

During the scientific efforts of Soran University, Manuscript Center, on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, in the presence of Dr. Muslih Mustafa, president of Soran University, Dr. Salah Raza, president of Charmo University, and a considerable number of academics, researchers and guests, the third international conference of Soran University Manuscript was held in Anfal Monument Hall in Chamchamal. The conference was in partnership with Charmo Center for Training and Research of Charmo University.

On Thursday, 22/4/2021, in the presence of Dr. Muslih Mustafa, president of Soran University, several academics and a number of teachers and students, Soran University and the Grenoble University Institute for Political Sciences in France conducted a collaborative panel. The panel was under the title "Middle East during Joe Biden's presidency".

A delegation of Soran university visited Halabja University.

On Monday, 28/9/2020, a delegation from Soran University including Dr. Muhammad Ali, the vice president for scientific affairs and Dr. Karmand Abdullah, dean of the Faculty of Arts, representing the president of Soran University, visited Halabja University and they were welcomed by Dr. Mahabad Kamil, the president of Halabja University and members of the university council.

Handren Center is hosted its fourth international translation conference

On Sunday, March 28, 2021, in the presence of Dr. Muslih Mustafa, the president of Soran University, members of the University Council and a significant number of local and international researchers, lecturers and students, the fourth international conference of Handren center for Cultural and Language Research was held. The conference was under the title "The Concept of Kurdish Translation in the International Translation".

Soran University Participates in Survey by UNESCO on the Impact of Coronavirus on the Higher Education Sector in the World

After the Coronavirus pandemic had a great impact on the world in the health sector, economy, society and so on, most of the associations and organizations are trying to investigate the scope of this impact. One of the sectors that has been impacted by this virus is the higher education sector. In an attempt to show this impact internationally (International Association of Universities (IAU) / UNESCO in which Soran University is a member conducted a survey and international research in March 2020.
