After an agreement between Soran University and the Political Science Institute of Grenoble agreed on the 8th September 2019, part of the Grenoble University in France. The agreement has been signed and the terms of the agreement will be applied next year.

According to the agreement relating to the student exchange, two students from the International Relations Department will go to Grenoble University in France to study for a semester, the fees for which will be paid by Grenoble University.

In terms of the mechanism of selection of the students, candidates will be chosen from the second stage of the international relations degree; there are several measurements for this purpose with IELTS being one. This program is an annual one with the semester stated in their certificate.
