The annual Book Fair at Soran University opened on Sunday, Feb 12, 2023. It was attended by Soran University President AP. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, Halgord Shekh Najib, Supervisor of Soran Independent Administration, and a large number of lecturers, staff, and visitors.
The fair is scheduled to last four days, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Several publishing houses displayed their work at the exhibition, which provides an opportunity for students to gain access to reliable science and knowledge sources and to use them for their research.
Readers, citizens, and residents of the region can also visit the exhibition and the university doors are open to them.
The Soran University opens the book fair in collaboration with publishing and printing houses. The exhibition aims to bring students closer to academic, scientific, and knowledge sources and resources in order to enrich their scientific knowledge.
