Soran university's Clad Centre was established on April 28, 2012 in cooperation with Marjon University. It is human development and teaching English Language Centre. The instructors of this Centre are all native speakers of the English Language.
One of the characteristics of this Centre is students from all levels and ranks can take English learning courses here. Any student or learner, who wants to register his name in English learning courses, should visit the Centre and after registering the name, he will leave some personal information such as, phone number, passport number, and email address in the information unit room.
Method of registering students: After registering a students' name, on the ordered time and date, the students will be examined and then assessed and then they will be put in their appropriate level.
Course time:
In Clad Centre the courses will be delivered in the following times:
- From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
- From 4:00 pm to 6:20 pm.
It is worth mentioning that, students at the time of registration, should decide on their course time, and in a situation where the time is not mentioned on the form, the Centre itself will decide on the time.
The implemented system in this Centre is a British System and the course book is "Face to Face". Clad Centre courses are divided into six levels. From starter level to advanced level. Students will complete each level during four months, and in order to pass each level, their marks should not be under 70.
After signing the scientific contract between Soran University and Leicester University, now this Centre is under Leicester's observation, and from now on every certification from this Centre will have Leicester University's logo. This is a great guarantee for Clad Centre, because it means that the courses and lectures of this Centre are of a universal standard. We should say that Leicester University is one of the distinguished and great Universities in Britain.
