In his recent scientific project, Mr. Rebwar Maghdid Hawdyani, a lecturer in Law Department in the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management, published a research entitled "The provisions and implications of dealing with human sperm and egg in law and Islamic jurisprudence" in the Science Magazine of Halabja University.
In the study, a light is shed on the traces emerge as a result of the various ways of dealing with sperm and human eggs. Indeed, nowadays trafficing of the sperm and human eggs exists in Kurdistan. Therefore, their traces must be organized by law.
