On Tuesday, Oct 13th 2020, at the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management, in the presence of the jury committee consisting of several specialists from Kurdistan universities, the PhD thesis by the student, Mukryan Aziz Muhammad, was examined in Private Law. The study was entitled “Collective Civil Liability of Similar Products Damages: Analytical and Comparative Study”.
The jury committee consisted of the following:
- Prof. Dr. Muhammad Suleman Ahmed, head.
- Prof. Dr. Bamo Parwez Aziz , member.
- Assist. Prof. Dr. Mazn Jalal Ahmed, member.
- Assist. Prof. Dr. Talb Braim Suleman , member.
- Assist. Prof. Dr. Tahsin Hamad Smail , member.
- Assist. Prof. Dr. Omed Sabah Othman, member and supervisor.
It is worth to mention that after the discussion and the defence from the student on his thesis, the jury committee decided to award a PhD degree to the student.
