Employers put high value on these skills. People develop these skills throughout their lives, and the aim of this course is to present students with the opportunity to reflect on their current skills and to refine and improve them. Homework: You will be encouraged to develop skills through practical exercises, case studies, role play and discussion groups which in some cases require preparation prior to the seminar. Individual reading is an essential part of the implementation strategy. You will be given short tasks to perform each week in relation to the unit and these will assist you to prepare for the assessments.
