A lecturer at Soran University publishes two researches in the field of Engineering

In the continuation of his academic activities, the researcher from Soran University, Aryanfar Haji Sherwani published two scientific researches with the following titles:

1- Publishing a research entitled “Rheological behavior and fresh properties of self-compacting high strength concrete containing recycled PP particles with fly ash and silica fume blende” in the Journal of Building Engineering,  which is among Elsevier publications with the ranking Q1 and the impact factor 3. 379.

It is worth to mention that the main focus of the study is on the characteristics of the pressed concrete with high resistance in liquid with the application of recycling materials.

2- Publishing a research entitled “Mechanical properties and fracture parameters of ultra high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete composites made with extremely low water per binder ratios” in the journal of SN Applied Sciences, which is among the Springer  publications, and indexed by Master List.

In this research, the mechanism and fracture characteristics of high resistant concrete are explained by using steel fibers. Further, the capability of concrete resistance up to 160 Mega Pascal is enhanced.

It is worth mentioning that these two studies are part of the researcher’s  PhD project in Germany, the project is in partnership among Soran University, Airfort University for Scientific Departments in Germany and Sheffield University in UK.
