On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at the presence of Dr. Hemin Mirani, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management and the jury committee, consisting of a team of international and local experts, the PhD thesis by the candidate "Muhsin Sharif Salih" was examined in the field of Private Law.
The thesis was entitled “Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Iraqi Kurdistan Region Oil and Gas Contracts: A Comparative Analytical Study”.
The jury committee consisted of the following:

It is worth to mention that after a few hours of intensive discussion, the committee decided to award the PhD degree to the candidate.
