In his latest scientific work, Handren Ahmad, a  lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management, published a research entitled “Analyzing Rebuilding State of Post-2003 Iraq From Frances Fukuyama’s Concept of State Building” in the magazine of H‌alabja University.
