What is the Help Desk? What does it help with?
The Help Desk is your first source of contact if you have any queries. We have dedicated staff who continue to provide assistance and advice to make use of all the facilities. It is available to all students, staff and members of Soran University and provides help with all queries.
The main aim of Help desk is to solve your queries by the specialist staff who have expertise in specific areas. For instance if you are unsure where to get information about some facility in the University you can get in touch with us, we are glad to help you.
