The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for managing the following procedures for lecturers and employees:
1. Confirming positions
2. Promotions
3. Salary increases
4. Salary rectifications
5. Providing the annual of salary increases
6. Staffing the counter for queries etc
7. Preparing minutes of all meetings.
8. Certificate ratification and salary increases for those employees who obtain higher level qualifications
9. Title changes for members of staff who have earned them due to increased skills and/or qualifications.
