IT Service Desk

The IT Service helpdesk is an information centre where you can request help on software applications and operating systems provided for educational purposes. All the students, staff and members of Soran University are eligible to make use of this service desk. The IT Service Desk also offers other services to the University such as, Networking, Maintenance of computers, Intranet, Software Installation, Troubleshooting and other services. The IT Service Desk staff will make sure that faults and problems are handled as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
