Soran University graduate named the most prominent young leader of the year

An international magazine has named a Soran University alumnus as the year's most prominent young leader. Jan Fillar Abdelaziz is a graduate of the Department of Politics and International Relations at the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Administration, was chosen by the International Magazine (LMA) as the most prominent young leader of the year. The selection was made internationally, marking the second time that a young Kurdish was elected from among their peers in European, African and American countries.

A Soran University student tops others in the Middle East

During his participation in a global project for Huawei project called “Seeds for the Future”

Mizgin Mahdi Sulayman, a computer science graduate at Faculty of Science- Soran University, was able to participate with a group of ten people from four different groups at the level of universities in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries. As the team leader for the Aquabot project, he was able to effectively win the first place among other Middle Eastern Countries.
