A long with his scientific works, the lecturer in Biology Department, Faculty of Science and PhD student, Karzan Muhammed Khalid, published a research entitled “Tickle Removal of Pb and Zn in municipal wastewater by a consortium of four aquatic plants in vertical subsurface flow constructed wetland (VSF-CW)” in the International Journal of Environmental studies, with the impact factor (0.840).
