On Sunday, Oct 4th, 2020, in the presence of the jury committee, a PhD thesis by the student in General Law Department, Raqib Hama Rashid, was examined in the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management. The PhD thesis was entitled “International Protection for Victims of Internal Disturbances and Tensions”.
The jury committee consisted of the following:
Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ali Abo, head.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Salwa Ahmed Maidan Hussen, member.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Bryar Sherko Baban, member.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Hassan Khammo, member.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Shari Khalid Mahroof, member.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Najdat Sabri Akraiy, member and supervisor.
It is worth mentioning that after the discussion and the defence from the student on his thesis, the jury committee decided to award a PhD degree to the student.
